We are seeking an Environmental Scientist who combines strong project delivery leadership, client management, and team collaboration skills with deep technical expertise. This individual will deliver high‑quality outcomes to our clients, while leveraging their professional network and Hatch’s strong industry reputation to expand our presence in the environmental consulting space across the region. In addition, this individual will play a key leadership role in the growth, mentoring, and performance of the Thunder Bay Environment, People, and Place team, both as the senior team member in the office, and as a collaborator across the region.
