Required Qualifications
- Experience leading environmental teams in air, water, and/or waste reporting.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental reporting, compliance, or permitting in the oil and gas industry, refinery, or manufacturing facility.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting methods and tools to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and reporting requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and program/project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
