Become an integral part of the Yellowknives Dene First Nation as an Environmental Regulatory Specialist in Ndilo. This role focuses on managing regulatory matters to safeguard YKDFN's rights and land through informed decision-making.
The Regulatory Specialist reports directly to the Director of Environment, supporting Chiefs and Council in maintaining the community's wellbeing. Key functions include managing consultation records and coordinating response strategies for mineral and land development activities in YKDFN's Traditional Territory. This full-time role demands strong writing and communication skills, along with technical and regulatory expertise.
