Environmental Manager

Overview

Line of Business: Cement & White. Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with environmental regulations, permits, and standards
• Oversee accurate and timely environmental reporting, monitoring, and recordkeeping
• Act as primary liaison with regulators, consultants, and the community on environmental matters
• Manage environmental budget, consultants, and plant compliance programs
• Investigate and resolve environmental compliance issues, complaints, and risks
• Lead training, permitting efforts, and continuous improvement of environmental policies and regulatory knowledge
