Position Overview:

The Environmental Health Safety Specialist will drive the development and implementation of safety, health, environmental, sustainability, and management system programs and processes at the facility, supporting both operational excellence and strategic objectives. This hybrid role bridges comprehensive hands‑on program management with leadership and compliance oversight, acting as a key connector between plant operations and organizational leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with CEPA and CCOHS
• Develop, implement, manage, and continuously improve a robust safety, environmental, and sustainability program to ensure regulatory compliance and a safe, healthy workplace.
