Overview

Wajax Limited is currently seeking a full‑time Permanent Safety Advisor for an in‑person position requiring travel. The ideal candidate has a strong health and safety administration background with keen communication skills. The role requires both office and shop/field time.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support, participate in and offer coaching to staff and leadership.
  • Conduct in‑person and virtual site tours, ensuring effective safety practices while providing advice, guidance, and coaching.
  • Support remote branches through regular communication and virtual assistance.
  • Collaborate with leadership & JHSC with clients and external HS related requests.
  • Work jointly with the EHS&W team across Canada on various projects and objectives throughout the year.
