Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Environmental Engineer, Water Resources Engineer, or GIS Environmental Planner to conduct a GIS-based site suitability analysis for a proposed regional wastewater treatment facility serving the Eagle Harbor and Cedarhaven communities in Prince George's County, Maryland.
This project supports implementation of an adopted sustainability initiative focused on transitioning from individual septic systems toward a centralized or regional wastewater solution.
The goal of this contract is conceptual siting and environmental screening, not final engineering design.
Scope of Work
The selected professional will perform a multi-criteria GIS analysis to identify and rank suitable locations for a regional wastewater treatment facility on or near a 100-acre upland parcel adjacent to the communities.
