HDR seeks an Environmental Biologist 1 to facilitate environmental permitting, compliance monitoring, and conduct vital field surveys throughout western Canada. Support diverse project types and enhance your skills.
As a full-time team member, you will conduct wildlife, vegetation, and aquatic surveys across transportation, water, and natural resources markets. By working closely with project teams and regulatory experts, you will address environmental challenges and contribute to project success across multiple disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out fieldwork planning and execution
• Perform habitat assessment and focused surveys
• Liaise with regulatory agencies for project compliance
• Generate technical reports for clients and stakeholders
• Take on additional project responsibilities as needed
