Environmental and Social (E&S) Data Analyst (Offshore)

We are seeking an experienced E&S Data Analyst to support the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of Synergi Life E&S modules across a global portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and operation of Synergi Life E&S modules (Grievance, ESAP, Risk, Permits, etc.).

• Coordinate with site, regional, and corporate HSSE teams on E&S reporting requirements.

• Analyze and consolidate sustainability, environmental, and social performance data.

• Track E&S KPIs and develop dashboards, reports, and management insights.

• Conduct E&S risk profiling, compliance gap analysis, and trend-based reporting.

• Ensure data accuracy and alignment with ESIAs, CESMPs, and lender requirements.

• Support audits, monitoring plans, training sessions, and user guidance.
