HSE Commissioning Lead - 1 Year - Renewable Energy - Rotterdam

START : March / April 2026

LOCATION : Rotterdam (5 days – 40 hrs a week)

CONTRACT : 14 Months (Freelance) – Project work until 2027

I am currently looking for a HSE Commissiong Lead to work on a long-term freelance contract for the client within the chemical / tank terminal industry. The client has a specific requirement for the HSE Commissiong Lead to help deliver the commissioning phase of the project. The project is a large-scale EPC project on an existing brownfield site. Specifically, you will be the right-hand man to the commissioning manager and will work closely with the commissioning team.

Specification:

· 5 Years’ experience in HSE and Commissioning roles
