**Job Title: Welder**
**Essential Skills**
+ Strong understanding of welding processes and principles, particularly as applied to pipe systems.
+ Ability to operate orbital welding equipment safely and effectively.
+ High level of attention to detail to ensure uniform cuts, fittings, and welds.
+ Ability to read and follow measurements, specifications, and work instructions accurately.
+ Comfort working with stainless steel pipe and related fittings.
+ Willingness and flexibility to train and work on either first or second shift as needed.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Exposure to TIG welding is a major plus, especially with stainless steel pipe.
+ Experience working in a production or fabrication environment is beneficial.
+ Familiarity with laser welding equipment or automated welding systems is an advantage.
+ Ability to collaborate effectively with a small team working on different phases of a project.
