**Position Summary**
We are hiring a Truss Builder to support the production of high-quality trusses and wall panels for residential and commercial construction projects. + Assemble trusses and wall panels according to specifications and production requirements
+ Use hand and power tools to cut, fasten, and secure materials accurately
+ Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and measurement guidelines
+ Measure and cut materials to precise dimensions using tape measures and saws
+ Inspect finished products to ensure quality and remove defective components
+ Operate and monitor machinery used in the assembly process
