Job Title: Structural Engineer (0-2 years)

Location: Aurora, CO (On-site, with future flexibility to work from home up to 1 day/week)

Compensation: $65,000–$80,000

As an Entry-Level Structural Engineer, you will join a small but growing team (currently three engineers) working on a wide range of industrial projects. You’ll gain hands-on experience in structural design, analysis, and 3D modeling while receiving strong mentorship and training. This role is ideal for a motivated engineer with strong academic performance and a desire to learn.
