Description We are looking for an entry-level accounting team member to join an energy and natural resources organization in Parsippany, New Jersey. This Long-term Contract opportunity is fully onsite and offers hands-on experience supporting accounts payable operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-focused, and ready to contribute to accurate invoice processing and day-to-day financial support.
Responsibilities:
• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner while maintaining proper documentation.
• Review payment requests, verify supporting records, and help resolve discrepancies with internal teams and suppliers.
• Support day-to-day accounts payable activities to ensure transactions are recorded correctly in the accounting system.
