Job Description

Now hiring an Entry-Level Maintenance Worker in Norton.

1st shift: 7am – 3pm.

Weekly pay starting at $14 per hour.

Job Duties:

  • Perform basic preventative maintenance tasks on facility equipment and systems.
  • Replace filters, light bulbs, and other routine maintenance items as needed.
  • Assist with minor repairs throughout the facility.
  • Support general building and grounds upkeep to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Inspect equipment and facilities for maintenance needs and report issues to supervisors.
  • Use basic hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

    • Requirements:

  • Previous Maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Willingness to learn and be trained.
