Job Description

New Era Technology is seeking a committed IT Support Technician to deliver first-line technical assistance across Kerikeri and Kaitaia’s education sector client sites. You will be the primary contact for technical issues, deliver friendly customer service, and explain solutions to non-technical users while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role is a 38-hour week with local region travel and a company vehicle provided.
