Nucor Buildings Group is seeking detail-oriented candidates for the position of Steel Detailer/ BIM Modeler. This full-time role is responsible for drafting all components of a custom metal building including the steel framing, wall panel systems, roof panel systems, and all associated flashings and trims to ensure all components fit together correctly as part of a complete design solution
Basic Job Functions:
+ Create 3D Models of Custom-Building Systems: Use advanced 3D drafting software to model structural steel framing, wall systems, roof systems, and associated trim to ensure all parts fit seamlessly together.
+ Produce Erection Drawings & Material Lists: Generate accurate, construction-ready erection drawings and bills of materials using AutoCAD and/or Tekla, ensuring field ...
