Looking to start a career in manufacturing or hands-on production? **What You'll Do**
+ Assemble deicing components and materials using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
+ Follow work instructions, blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to complete assemblies
+ Use fixtures and tooling to build products accurately and consistently
+ Perform basic production tasks such as adhesive application, material preparation, and component installation
+ Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
