**Job Description**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to assemble electrical control panels, wiring harnesses, and related components used in industrial automation systems.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble and route wiring harnesses, including cutting, stripping, crimping, labeling, and terminating cables.
+ Connect drivers and electrical components without requiring programming.
+ Perform wiring inside control panels, junction boxes, and Dixel panels.
+ Follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions.
+ Install and secure mechanical components, including coil pumps, heat trace elements, and enclosures.
+ Use hand and power tools safely and correctly.
+ Assist in layout, mounting, and assembly of panel frames, hardware, and electrical devices.
+ Perform self-checks to ensure accurate wiring and clean panel layouts.
