Job Description
At Midas, we are dedicated to providing quality services to customer vehicles in the areas of inspection, diagnosis, and repair. This office position assists management in providing excellent service to our customers.
The purpose of this position is to assist with data entry, office administration tasks and monitoring day-to-day transactions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and present daily sales reports
- Basic data entry using Quickbooks (ie: account reconciliation, payables and receivables)
- Assisting call centre with overflow of phone calls
- Answering emails
- Filing
- Assisting management with tasks as needed
Qualifications
- At least 1-year related experience in office administration, bookkeeping or data entry
- Exceptional communication skills
- Business mathematical aptitude
- Experience in excel and google sheets etc
