Enterprise Systems Architecture
- Expertise in identifying inefficiencies in current technology processes and systems and designing improvements to optimize performance, increase business value and reduce resource requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt system architecture to respond to changing business needs, technological advancements, and industry dynamics.
- Strategic and/or tactical planning experience including standard practices such as business process assessments, industry scans, future state definition and gap analysis.
- Manage and track configuration of multiple systems to meet accreditation and integration needs.
- Provide recommendations for systemic process improvements.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure functional systems integration.
Systems Operations & Analysis
- Hands‑on experience with Banner, Infosilem, CRM, Argos, and other post‑secondary support software.
