Job SummaryThe BB‑BEE and Enterprise Development Coordinator identifies both emerging and established local entrepreneurs and assists them in sustainability and/or increasing their capacity.
The incumbent is responsible for developing local BB‑BEE vendors, in conjunction with the Marula Enterprise Development team and government agencies.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements Degree or NQF 7 equivalent in Business Management/Supply Chain – essential 3 years’ experience with sound knowledge and understanding of BB‑BEE guidelines and Enterprise Development – essential Proficiency in one or more African language(s) – essential Understanding of SAP and Vendor Management in SAP Highly developed negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people at different levels of seniority and from different cultures and backgrounds Understanding of mining ...Ready to Apply?
