About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to lead and grow our U.S. market sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT Staffing, IT Services, and sales, and a proven track record of closing enterprise accounts and building long-term client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business and manage enterprise accounts in the U.S.
  • Build and grow a strong sales pipeline.
  • Engage with CXOs, Heads of Talent Acquisition, HR Leaders, and Procurement teams to develop business opportunities.
  • Lead outbound sales initiatives and mentor a sales team.
