**JOB DUTIES:**
Perform detailed analysis of customer business needs and operational requirements related to enterprise workflow management and reporting solutions, integration with financial/back-office systems, as well as complex facility system design, implementation, manufacturing, and support processes. Develop “as is” and “to be” process documentation, identify metrics, document gaps and deficiencies. Perform independent research of industry solutions, best practices, design patterns, and available technologies for enterprise software systems applicable to the customer’s identified business operational needs.
