Job Description

The Enterprise Sales Director is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing large enterprise clients. The person will report into the Country Head. The role focuses on building strategic relationships with banks, financial institutions, and large corporates, while delivering tailored solutions across payments, technology, and processing platforms.


Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Identify, pursue, and close new enterprise opportunities across target markets
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, solutioning, negotiation, and closure
  • Achieve assigned revenue, pipeline, and profitability targets
  • Develop strategic account plans for high-value clients

2. Solution Selling & Proposal Management
