Job Description

The Enterprise Sales Director is responsible for driving enterprise sales by acquiring new customers, managing strategic accounts, and achieving revenue targets through consultative selling.


  • Manage a portfolio of named enterprise accounts.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities and prospects.
  • Schedule and lead customer meetings to understand business needs.
  • Build impactful presentations and deliver compelling sales pitches.
  • Position Foundry's portfolio of products and solutions to prospective customers.
  • Handle objections, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support, as required.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and account growth.
