Responsibilities
- Drive operational improvement with restaurant partners to ensure the best user experience
- Develop plans to grow partner business through new locations or increased sales
- Use analytical abilities to build tools and processes to drive partnership KPIs
- Work with internal stakeholders to improve product and operations based on partner feedback
- Maintain high-touch communication via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings
- Execute multi-session onboarding and training sessions
- Communicate ongoing ROI to high-value restaurant partners
- Execute account strategies and manage multi-location contracts through negotiation and execution
