Job Description

  • Serve as the SAP EWM Subject Matter Expert (SME) for warehouse operations, supporting inbound, outbound, inventory, and resource management processes.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business users, regional SAP teams, and support partners to ensure effective solution delivery and issue resolution.
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into SAP EWM solutions and enhancements.
  • Lead and coordinate SAP EWM-related initiatives, system improvements, and warehouse automation projects (e.g., AutoStore).
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative logistics and warehouse management
  • Reliable SAP EWM support for warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Timely resolution of business and system issues through collaboration with support teams.
