Enterprise Program Coordinator

Job Description

The EPC is a key operational contact for Agilent's customers, ensuring smooth program delivery, operational excellence, and a differentiated customer experience. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and external partners to coordinate programs, solve challenges, and implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary operational liaison between Agilent and key customers

• Coordinate scheduled and reactive/unplanned services to meet customer needs

• Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries by engaging the right internal and external teams
