The EPC is a key operational contact for Agilent’s customers, ensuring smooth program delivery, operational excellence, and a differentiated customer experience. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and external partners to coordinate programs, solve challenges, and implement solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary operational liaison between Agilent and key customers
Coordinate scheduled and reactive/unplanned services to meet customer needs
Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries by engaging the right internal and external teams
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify challenges, develop solutions, and implement best practices
Support program and project delivery with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction
