Responsibilities

  • Handle OTC transactional tasks in customer master data, credit management, billing and invoicing, document validation, order processing, cash application, cash collection and dispute management according to agreed procedures, process maps and desk‑top procedures or other client guidelines.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with client personnel, ensuring daily activities are fulfilled according to timetable, procedures and business goals agreed with the team leader.
  • Deliver services to meet SLAs and OLAs requirements for your area of responsibility.
  • Environment: Ability to cope with different situations, requirements, uncertainty and stress; modify goals and directions when needed.
  • Problem solving: Accurately accumulate information and analyze it; forecast potential problems and plan; allow for alternative, creative solutions and identify the most reasonable solution.
