Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct design assessments based on business and customer requirements.
- Develop high-level (HLD) and low-level designs (LLD) for LAN/WAN networks.
- Coordinate installation, configuration, and deployment of network equipment.
- Perform tests, failover validation, and functionality checks of network devices (firewalls, SDWAN, optimization tools).
- Lead incident and fault management for critical network outages.
- Proactively ensure network stability, performance, and operational consistency.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, SOPs, and support handovers to operations teams.
- Lead technical workshops, vendor assessments, and architecture reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security, Cloud, and Infrastructure.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging network technologies and best practices.
