About the Role

The Enterprise Learning Technology & Automation Architect is responsible for translating enterprise learning, onboarding, and capability‑building objectives into scalable system design, automation logic, and data‑driven insight.

This role is central to shaping a modern, AI‑enabled learning ecosystem—ensuring systems, workflows, and data structures work together seamlessly to deliver intuitive, measurable, and future‑ready experiences.

You will architect the logic, automation, and integration frameworks that bring capability strategies to life across enterprise learning platforms.

What You Will Do

System Architecture & Integrations

• Design, evolve, and maintain core system logic across learning, onboarding, DEIB, and reporting platforms.
• Build and manage enterprise-wide integrations to ensure connected and seamless experiences.
• Define data standards, reporting taxonomies, and quality controls.
