Job Description
We are seeking a technically proficient Java Developer to join our Production Support team. You will be responsible for maintaining the health and stability of mission-critical enterprise applications. This role requires a blend of deep technical troubleshooting in Java/Java EE environments and proactive system optimization to ensure minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Incident Management: Troubleshoot, resolve, and close production support tickets (Incidents & Problems) within defined SLAs.
System Monitoring: Use tools like SonarQube and Jenkins to monitor application health, performance, and code quality.
Bug Fixing & Maintenance: Write stable, scalable code to resolve defects in Java 8, Java EE, and C# components.
Integration Support: Manage complex messaging and data flows using Apache Camel, Tibco EMS, and REST/SOAP services.
Database Optimization: Perform data verification and tuning using Oracle RDBMS, SQL, and PL/SQL.
