The primary job role is technical support for Intel Ethernet product. You will work directly with customers to provide them technical assistance and/or solutions.
Work directly with business unit Ethernet Engineering teams for customer escalations.
Gather and analyze customer contact trends and drive data and recommendations to business unit to improve User Experience and Product Supportability in existing and future products.
