Enterprise Change Leader

Heriot-Watt University is seeking a Head of Change to lead its central change function and support its Strategy 2035. This role ensures delivery performance for strategic initiatives and oversees a change portfolio of approximately £20m.

The ideal candidate will have senior leadership experience in change management and a postgraduate qualification in a related field, enabling strategic oversight and effective governance of enterprise-wide change.
