Enterprise Architecture Practice Lead

The Enterprise Architecture Practice Lead is responsible for activating and coordinating domain‑specific Enterprise Architects, establishing governance and demand models for IT and product teams, and ensuring adherence to architecture review processes. This role oversees the development and deployment of architecture standards, frameworks, and governance models, fosters collaboration through Communities of Practice, and maintains technology and capability roadmaps aligned with business strategy. The Practice Lead champions architecture tooling for visualization and documentation, defines and tracks key metrics for continuous improvement, and serves as a trusted advisor for strategic initiatives, providing high‑level guidance and hands‑on support to business stakeholders.
