Days: 405 days over a period of 2.5 years
Work model: Hybrid - Min. 1 day per week on-site Downtown Ottawa area
Salary: $45 - $65+ Based on experience

Responsibilities

The Contractor must perform the following tasks in support of the project:

• Participate in knowledge elicitation meetings with the OTIEM project team and CAF Subject Matter Experts until the completion of the Definition phase around Q1 2028.
• Work with CAF operators, OTIEM project staff, and system engineers to produce relevant Architectural Framework views of the baseline and target architecture to enable the framework and resources to operate and sustain operational training infrastructure at Canadian Forces Base Cold Lake and the CLAWR training complex, as well as other ranges employed by the RCAF for operational training using QualiWare Lifecycle Management (QLM) software in support of OTIEM project planning, program mana...
