Role Purpose:
As the Enterprise Architect, you will define, guide, and govern the modernization of legacy platforms into a future‑state architecture that supports digital insurance experiences, regulatory readiness, and scalable product operations. Your leadership ensures alignment across teams, clarity in architectural direction, and consistent use of standards that support a unified enterprise ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Shape and govern the enterprise‑wide modernization roadmap, including modularization, cloud‑readiness, and service‑oriented design.
Provide architectural direction to multiple delivery squads, ensuring alignment on API, data, cloud, integration, and security standards.
Translate business vision into architectural roadmaps through capability modelling, value‑stream alignment, and structured assessments.
Design future‑state architectures covering policy administration, claims, underwriting, billing, and customer engagement journeys.
