About the Role

Kinbrook Group are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Architect to lead the design, governance, and delivery of enterprise-wide architecture across a complex, multi-entity professional services organisation. This is a strategic yet hands-on role — ideal for an architect who not only defines the blueprint but also shapes and drives its practical implementation.

As a trusted advisor to senior leaders and programme teams, you will present the enterprise architecture vision and service strategies directly to executives and boards, guiding strategic decisions while ensuring alignment between technology investments and business objectives. You will act as the guardian of coherence, embedding governance, standards, and scalable frameworks across finance, HR, payroll, CRM, sales, and operational platforms.
