Job Description
- 15-20 years in enterprise architecture, preferably in banking, insurance, or financial services, who is currently working as Enterprise Architect, Digital Architect, Transformation Architect in last 2-5 years.
- commitment of min 3 years in previous job in same role, with min 1 year project level engagement.
- Strong expertise in:
- Hands-on Enterprise TOGAF or similar framework.
- Proven leadership in managing architecture teams and delivering enterprise-scale outcomes.
- Experience in managing stakeholders.
- Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
- Experience in proposal writing & responding to proposals to business and management
- Should have managed Programs with Global rollouts nature across APAC.
