POSITION: Enterprise Application Manager

LOCATION: Sandton

REPORTING TO: Head: Information Technology & Compliance

Purpose of Job

  • Providing specialized MS Dynamics GP/BC support, including training to users
  • Fulfilling DBA role for all SǪL databases
  • Systems design, implementation and project management

KPI’s

  • Microsoft Dynamics GP/BC
  • Operational management of Microsoft Dynamics GP/BC environment
  • Monitor performance
  • Assist with month-end and year-end routines
  • Daily and monthly maintenance procedures
  • User support and problem resolution
  • Backups (GP/BC Specific)
  • Quarterly restores from tape tested
  • Respond to notifications on failure of SǪL backups
  • Daily support
  • Register new companies and users
  • Security Access
  • Creditors Recon
  • Cashbook Bank Management
