Enterprise Application Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior CRM Architect who will structure and streamline our entire CRM ecosystem. This person will define how all CRM modules are organized, connected, and governed. The role will work closely with the Scrum Master and Business Analyst (who will report under this role) to ensure that development is aligned with proper architecture and business processes. This is a strategic and structural role, not an operational or support role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and structure the overall CRM architecture.
• Create Structure between CRM and other cross-departmental modules (NOC, Inventory, Finance, Customer Service, etc.).
• Standardize data models and eliminate duplication.
