- Complete technical ownership for the portfolio of software solutions that works integrated/isolated catering to different use cases.
- Specifically own all aspects of the system/solution that caters to RASIS:
- Reliability
- Availability
- Serviceability
- Integrity
- Security
- Single point of contact for Customer, Onsite and Offshore for all high-level system/solution related questions & clarifications.
- Own & drive high level solution demos and presentations to key internal & external stakeholders.
- Own technical proposals for new projects & customer engagements.
