As a Lead/Senior Solution Engineer, you will play a central role in helping customers understand and realize the value of Parloa’s conversational AI platform. You’ll guide prospects and customers through their technical journey, from discovery and solution design to validation and successful handover. This is an opportunity to operate at the intersection of technology and business, shaping how enterprises adopt agentic AI while influencing product direction through direct customer insight.Areas of ownership:
