Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team and drive growth, retention, and long‑term customer success. In this role, you’ll own a portfolio of customers, strengthen relationships, unlock new opportunities, and ensure every client receives an exceptional Vocus experience.
Reporting to the State Manager you’ll collaborate closely with our delivery, service, and product teams. This is a hybrid role (2 days per week in the office) with occasional customer travel.
What you’ll be doing
- Own the strategic management of assigned customer accounts, including account planning, relationship development, and delivering on retention and growth objectives.
- Build long‑term account strategies that address client needs and identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
