Job Description

Glean is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business within enterprise prospects across the EMEA region from a Madrid-based remote position. You will develop tailored strategies, research accounts, and craft executive messaging to break into champion networks and deliver on critical business outcomes.

You will collaborate with SEs, BDRs, PMs, and engineers to close complex deals, achieve ARR targets, and build scalable sales processes.
