Job Description
Reporting to, and under general direction of the Manager, Enrolment Services, the Enrolment Advisor’s primary responsibility is to ensure the coordinated implementation of the university’s prospect management strategy, while safeguarding the standards and ethics of Royal Roads University.
The Enrolment Advisors are often the first point of contact for prospective students and applicants and, in the process, foster and manage positive professional customer relationships built on trust. Enrolment Advisors focus on Customer Relationship Management principles to understand prospect needs and advise on admission qualifications and enrolment criteria, ensure timely expedition of information requested, and follow up with prospective learners from first contact through to admission....
