**Role Summary/Purpose:**
The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for identifying and converting healthcare providers into CareCredit partners by guiding them through the enrollment process and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This role combines proactive sales outreach with operational execution, including prospect engagement, provider education, and coordination of enrollment documentation.
The Enrollment Specialist works directly with prospective providers to communicate the value of CareCredit, qualify opportunities, and manage enrollment submissions from initial contact through underwriting review and activation.
