Enrollment Coordinator

The Enrollment Coordinator is the welcoming voice and guiding hand behind every new journey at BE Dance Studios. As the first point of contact for prospective students and families, the Enrollment Coordinator plays a vital role in creating a strong first impression, building meaningful connections, and supporting enrollment from initial inquiry through onboarding.

Reporting to the Artistic Director, the Enrollment Coordinator uses a blend of relationship‑building, communication, and tech‑savvy organizational skills to guide prospective clients through the studio’s offerings, align them with the right classes, and ensure a smooth, joyful transition into the BE Dance Studios community.
